Remove the right to be heard, disclosure, evidence, safeguards, interim protection and an effective remedy—and property can be removed with them. The alleged result is the loss of homes, income and generational wealth without ethnicity-linked data, meaningful accountability or an effective mechanism for recovery.

For every decisive issue, identify where it was pleaded, disclosed, evidenced, tested, found and reasoned—or record that no such determination can be located.

Separate individual factual disputes from recurring institutional and legal questions suitable for collective legal review.

Anonymise research data, identify limitations, correct errors, offer a right of reply and obtain legal review before naming individuals.
Dishonesty standard
The project will use “dishonesty is alleged” where a contributor identifies deliberate falsehood, document manipulation, concealment, contradictory sworn evidence or knowing misdescription. It will not state that dishonesty is proved unless a court has found it or the evidence has been independently reviewed to a publishable legal standard.

Judicial immunity has produced no effective personal remedy against the judicial acts identified in the founding evidence, while BAME litigants report losing homes, portfolios, rent, equity and generational wealth. Open justice allows public judgments, orders and accurately reported judicial acts to be scrutinised and shared lawfully.
